Ready, set, run for a cause! On Saturday, March 2, 2024, residents across Fort Bend County are invited to lace up their sneakers for the 2nd Annual Charity Fun Run hosted by the Fort Bend Teen Service League (FBTSL). The event will take place at the iconic Sugar Land Memorial Park with kick-off time at 9:00 AM.

This 3K/5K run and walk event, far beyond its sporty appeal, carries a profound mission. It seeks to raise funds for various non-profits in Fort Bend County, selected meticulously by Teen League Members each May. The raised funds will fuel numerous causes and empowering initiatives across the county, making a significant, tangible difference.

From toddlers to seniors, this event is an open invitation to the entire community to bind together for a day filled with family fun, fitness challenges, and a shared sense of philanthropy. It's not just about breaking a sweat; it's about making strides for our community. Participants can look forward to an unforgettable experience, knowing their efforts help advance valuable causes in Fort Bend County.

The Fort Bend Teen Service League, a teen mentoring project of the well-respected Fort Bend Junior Service League (FBJSL), operates as a powerful catalyst for change in the community. Since its inception in 2001, the Fort Bend Junior Service League has donated over $5.75 million to non-profit agencies in Fort Bend County, owing to its extensive portfolio of events and fundraisers.
