Zoom Drain Brings State of the Art Services to Katy

March 21 2024

Zoom Drain, a renowned name in the drain and sewer industry, has recently opened its doors in Katy. Under the stewardship of Allison and Patrick McCarthy, the location promises to provide exceptional service with the time-tested Zoom Drain methodology.

The McCarthys, both Louisiana State University graduates, relocated to Katy in 2017. Allison, a former freelance court reporter, and Patrick, a project manager in the energy business and Cypress native, were drawn to the drain and sewer industry due to its perennial need. They were equally attracted by the exceptional support provided by the Zoom Drain family.

"I've always recognized the indefinite demand for essential services like ours," shared Allison. "Being able to streamline this process for those with drainage challenges is a joy. Our mission is to ensure each interaction with our clients is empathetic and solutions-focused."

Zoom Drain Katy operates an extensive service range, including root cutters, video inspection equipment, and pipe locators. On top of that, they are armed with the exclusive Zoom Jetting system for high-pressure water drain cleaning. Safety is also a priority, with the use of Zoom Drain Bio, a safe and natural drain cleaning product.

"Preparation for excellence was crucial. We spent several weeks at the Zoom Drain headquarters in Philadelphia learning and gathering valuable insights. We are truly equipped to handle any drainage issue," Allison added.

To strengthen community ties, the McCarthys have joined the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce. Their goal is to build relationships within the community and to promote their new business, kicking off with a ribbon cutting in collaboration with the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce on March 15.

"We're delighted to welcome Zoom Drain to the Katy Area Chamber," stated Matthew Ferraro, President and CEO of the Katy Area Chamber. "Small businesses are a key driving force in our community, and we look forward to the positive impact Allison and Patrick will bring with their new venture."

As the newest addition to the sewer and drain industry in Katy, Zoom Drain sets the bar high with their customer-first approach, and community-driven ambition.
