YARD OF THE MONTH

The Yard of the Month winner for July is 6447 Allerton Street. They won a $50 gift card to Home Depot. Their yard has a nice balance of grass, trees and shrubs. You still have plenty of time to get out and make a difference. Let’s get those minds working and those hands dirty. Happy planting.

YARDS

We had a lot of rain this spring and – while it was welcome and made our yards and lawns grow – the ground was too soft for awhile to mow our lawns. Now that the weather has warmed, the ground is firmer. Many lawns around the neighborhood are very high and in need of mowing. Please mow and clean up your yards so that our neighborhood looks inviting and welcoming.

POOL SIGN UP

The pool has recently been purchased by the MUD district. Watch for new of the pool hours, where to get tags, etc. on the TownSquare app.

If you see something, say something. Call the sheriff’s department 713-221-6000. The officers that patrol our neighborhood are contracted by us and are here to protect us and our property. They have no concern of your immigration status, so please call the sheriff’s department. Lock your car doors and take your valuables out of your car.

ARCHITECTURAL AND MODIFICATION REVIEW

There are several signs in yards for new roofs.

Please remember when you are making modification to the exterior of your home and or your property you must submit an application for approval before the work begins. To submit a request, log in on pmghouston.com website using My Account. On the top left side, you will click on Services and Amenities and then click Architectural Review. There you can submit a request.
