EASTER PARTY
We will have an Easter Party on April 1st from 11 am until 1 pm. The Easter Bunny will make an appearance.
COMMUNITY YARD SALE
April 21st and 22nd is the spring community yard sale. This is a great time to clean out your house and garage, make some extra money and meet new people.
YARD OF THE MONTH
Just in time for spring, we will be awarding the Yard of the Month sign in the winning yard. This month’s winner is 6523 Bellfield Manor. This house has a clean, tidy appearance with a well kept green lawn. The shrubs are nicely pruned and there are 2 palm accents framing the garage.

In addition to having the sign in your yard, the monthly winner receives a $50 gift card to Home Depot. The Yard of the Month contest runs from April through September. You still have plenty of time to get out and make a difference. Let’s get those minds working and those hands dirty. Happy planting.

Please remember when you are making modification to the exterior of or home and or your property you must submit an application for approval before the work begins. To submit a request, log in on pmghouston.com website using My Account. On the top left side, you will click on Services and Amenities and then click Architectural Review. There you can submit a request.
