Westfield Ranch HOA Annual Meeting Set for May 8
Attention Westfield Ranch residents! Mark your calendars for the upcoming Annual Meeting, set to take place on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at the Radack Community Center located at 18650 Clay Rd., Houston, Texas 77084. Sign-in begins at 6:00 p.m., followed by the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
This Annual Meeting serves as an important opportunity for residents to stay informed about our community, elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors, and meet the individuals involved in the operation of the Westfield Ranch Community Association. It marks the first election of the board of directors following the transition from developer control.
If you're interested in placing your name on the election ballot distributed at the meeting, please contact Pam at Pam@crest-management.com or 281-945-4618 no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the meeting.
According to Section 5.2 of the Bylaws, the Members shall elect a minimum of one (1) director for a term of one (1) year; one (1) director for a term of two (2) years; and one (1) director for a term of three (3) years. Subsequent annual meetings will elect a director for a term of three (3) years to fill each expiring term.
In the event of a tie, Section 10.8(c) of the Bylaws outlines the procedure for resolving ties through a second ballot vote or by lot.
For residents unable to attend, a proxy is to be used for quorum purposes or to assign voting rights to another member attending the meeting. Proxies must be returned by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, and will not be accepted at the meeting.
