Welcome to Luckey Ranch: Meet New Onsite Community Manager Adonycka De Leon

June 04 2026

Whether it's answering questions, helping resolve concerns, or simply getting to know the people who call Luckey Ranch home, new Onsite Community Manager Adonycka De Leon is excited to become part of the community's next chapter.

Joining Luckey Ranch through SBB Community Management, De Leon brings several years of community association experience to the role. But if you ask her what matters most, her answer isn't about policies or procedures—it's about people.

"I am here to help the community build connections and grow together, rather than grow apart."

That focus on relationships is one of the reasons she's excited to begin serving Luckey Ranch residents.

A Local at Heart

Born and raised in San Antonio, De Leon has deep roots in the area and understands the importance of strong neighborhoods and community pride.

When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking her dog for walks, hosting game nights, and cheering on the Spurs. She also enjoys visiting The Pearl and exploring some of San Antonio's favorite gathering places.

Friends and family would describe her as caring, energetic, and trustworthy—qualities she hopes residents will experience firsthand as they get to know her.

Why Community Management?

For De Leon, community management has always been about helping people.

De Leon brings nearly four years of community association management experience to Luckey Ranch, along with previous service roles with the City of San Antonio and H-E-B. Earlier this year, she earned both her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and Association Management Specialist (AMS) credential, professional milestones she considers among the most rewarding achievements of her career.

Her interest in the profession began with a desire to help residents better understand their homeowners association while also helping associations better understand the needs and perspectives of residents.

After nearly four years working in community association management, she says one of the most rewarding parts of the job continues to be helping communities solve challenges and move forward together. She describes her management style as being understanding of both residents and the community as a whole, with a focus on finding solutions that accommodate as many people as possible.

Building Connections in Luckey Ranch

As she settles into her new role, De Leon's priorities are straightforward: listen, learn, and help.

She plans to work closely with the Board of Directors and residents to address community concerns while also creating opportunities for neighbors to become more engaged with one another.

When asked what makes a neighborhood feel like a true community, De Leon pointed to something simple but powerful: the ability for neighbors to connect with one another.

She hopes to help foster that kind of connection in Luckey Ranch by encouraging resident involvement, supporting community engagement, and creating opportunities for neighbors to get to know one another.

What Residents Can Expect

De Leon hopes residents will find her approachable, responsive, and committed to helping wherever she can.

Whether answering questions, addressing concerns, or helping coordinate new opportunities for community involvement, her goal is to create a positive experience for residents while helping strengthen neighborhood connections.

Looking Ahead

One thing De Leon is particularly excited about is seeing neighbors come together and building a stronger sense of connection throughout the community.

She encourages residents with ideas, questions, or concerns to reach out and start a conversation. Residents interested in becoming more involved are encouraged to reach out with ideas for events, activities, and opportunities to bring neighbors together.

"If there are any concerns, do not hesitate to reach out. I am excited to work with the community of Luckey Ranch and cannot wait to see the community come together."

Residents can contact Adonycka De Leon, Onsite Community Manager, at a.deleon@sbbmanagement.com or 972-707-4868, or reach Resident Care at support@sbbmanagement.com or 281-537-0957. Inquiries can also be made through the resident portal by logging in here

As Luckey Ranch continues to grow, residents can expect a community manager who is committed to listening, collaborating, and helping neighbors feel connected to the place they call home.

The Luckey Ranch community welcomes Adonycka and looks forward to working together to continue making the neighborhood a great place to live, connect, and grow.
