TRASH & RECYCLING PICKUP
Our waste and recycling company is Best Trash. Trash is picked up Mondays and Thursdays, recycling Thursdays only. Please have your cans at the curb by 7 a.m.
Heavy trash pick up is every Monday and Thursday.
There is no garbage or recycling collection service on:
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day (4th of July)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
If your GARBAGE service day falls on a holiday, it will be collected on your next regularly scheduled trash service day. If your RECYCLE day falls on a holiday, it will be collected on your next regularly schedule recycle day.

No, you can’t recycle:
anything in plastic bags (goes directly into the landfill)
used paper towels or tissues, soiled diapers
plastic film
yard waste
clothing
mirrors
wood

styrofoam

Plastic grocery bags may be recycled at HEB, Kroger, Walmart, Lowe’s, and Target. Now that COVID restrictions have been removed, it is acceptable to take your reusable grocery bags when shopping to avoid bringing home those environmentally unfriendly plastic bags.
