Niky’s Mini Donuts & Ice Cream Now Open in Tomball, Serving Sweet Memories and Nut-Free Treats

October 06 2025

Something warm, sweet, and made-to-order is now delighting families in Tomball. Niky’s Mini Donuts & Ice Cream has officially opened its doors at 1417 Graham Drive, Suite 400, Tomball, TX 77375, bringing with it a joyful dessert experience designed with families—and food safety—in mind.

At Niky’s, every donut is hot and fresh, every scoop of ice cream is handmade in small batches, and every visit feels a bit like stepping into a candy-colored dream. The shop is completely nut-free*, offering a safe and inclusive space for guests with food allergies (*excluding third-party ingredients processed in shared facilities).

Founded in 2012 by Richard and Kim M., Niky’s began as a small donut cart named after their young son, Nikolas. As parents navigating food allergies, they saw a need for a dessert spot where safety, fun, and flavor could all come together. What began as a family venture quickly grew into a fan-favorite—and after returning to Houston from Colorado, the family launched the Niky’s franchise to share their whimsical concept with even more communities.

“I’ve always wanted to create something fun and special, a place where family and friends could come together, laugh, and enjoy something sweet,” said Richard M., Niky’s founder. “We believe dessert should be more than just a treat—it should be a memory, a smile, a little piece of happiness.”

The Tomball location is owned and operated by Analyn and Enrique Norato, proud parents of twin boys who originally hail from California. Their journey to franchise ownership began with an unexpected twist—when Hurricane Beryl disrupted their travel plans, they stayed local and stumbled upon a Niky’s shop. The couple was instantly drawn to the brand’s welcoming environment, family-friendly feel, and allergen-safe offerings. Now, they’re proudly serving up joy in the community they call home.
