Three CFISD Boys' Basketball Teams Advance to Regional QuarterfinalsÂ
The Cypress Creek, Cypress Falls and Cypress Springs high school boys’ basketball teams advanced past the area round of the UIL Class 6A playoffs and moved on to the regional quarterfinals.
Cypress Creek High School defeated Katy Tompkins, 91-63. The Cougars advance to face Katy Jordan at 7 p.m. on Feb. 28 at the Berry Center (8877 Barker Cypress Road).
Cypress Creek High School senior Corey Hadnot and the Cougars defeated Katy Tompkins and advanced to face Katy Jordan at 7 p.m. on Feb. 28 at the Berry Center. Cypress Springs High School defeated Aldine Davis, 61-57. The Panthers advance to face Klein Oak at 7 p.m. on Feb. 28 at Klein Cain High School (10201 Spring Cypress Road).
