The Woodlands Area Restaurants Rally for Eat Drink HTX 2026
The flavors of The Woodlands will take center stage during Eat Drink HTX 2026, a two-week culinary celebration that combines great meals with a great mission. Taking place February 15 through February 28, the event raises funds for the Houston Food Bank through fixed-price menus at local restaurants across the region.
Founded by the late Houston food journalist and advocate Cleverley Stone, and produced by The Cleverley Stone Foundation, Eat Drink HTX is the sister initiative to the popular Houston Restaurant Weeks. It was created to support casual dining establishments during the slower winter months while also making a tangible impact in the fight against hunger.
“Eat Drink HTX was created to boost the restaurant industry, which is typically not as profitable at this time of year,” said Katie Stone, president of the Cleverley Stone Foundation. “The additional benefit is that the Houston Food Bank receives funds that will allow them to serve the many in need here in our community."
Dining That Makes a Difference
Eat Drink HTX features two-course menus priced at $15 for brunch or lunch and $25 for dinner. With every meal purchased, participating restaurants donate either $0.50 or $1 to the Houston Food Bank, which provides over 140 million nutritious meals annually across 18 counties in southeast Texas. The event provides essential funding that helps address both short-term hunger relief and long-term food insecurity.

“Eat Drink HTX is a great way for Houstonians to have a great meal while supporting the Houston Food Bank,” said Brian Greene, the Food Bank’s president and CEO. “Funds raised through this event will enable us to source more nutritious food for area families facing food insecurity."
