SPEED HUMPS
The HOA board added 6 concrete speed humps and have received a lot of good feedback about them. We are evaluating areas residents are submitting.
PRESSURE WASHING BRICK WALLS
The HOA board hired the same company the MUD used to pressure wash our white brick walls
CAMERAS
Cameras are being upgraded throughout the community near gates, amenities and other common areas. The cameras’ primary purpose is to capture damage to Association property to aid in the recovery of repair costs.
WATER FOUNTAINS
The HOA board has been replacing multiple fountains throughout the community and added a new water fountain with a bottle filler at the clubhouse.
