Spencer Road Public Utility District has been notified by the West Harris County Regional Water Authority that they have entered Stage 1 of their Drought Contingency Plan.
All Spencer Road PUD water users are requested to voluntarily reduce their water usage effective immediately. Thank you for doing your part to help conserve water in our community.
