Spectators Bar & Grill Now Open in Conroe’s Grand Central Park With Weekend Brunch, Scratch-Made Food and 40 TVs
Conroe residents have a new place to gather for everything from a family dinner to Sunday brunch or a big game with friends. Spectators Bar & Grill officially opened October 13, 2026, at 1259 Grand Central Parkway in Grand Central Park, bringing another dining option to one of Montgomery County’s growing communities.
The opening marks the restaurant brand’s fifth Greater Houston location and its first in Montgomery County. With 40 televisions, a spacious outdoor patio, a menu featuring scratch-made dishes and weekend brunch, Spectators is looking to become more than just another sports bar in Conroe.
For families living in Grand Central Park and surrounding neighborhoods, the new restaurant offers a nearby option for a casual weeknight meal, meeting friends after work or spending a Saturday morning together over breakfast.
From Sugar Land to Conroe: Spectators Expands Into Montgomery County
Spectators Bar & Grill has been growing across the Houston area since opening its first restaurant on Lake Pointe Parkway in Sugar Land in August 2022.
The restaurant subsequently expanded to Riverstone in Sugar Land, Harvest Green in Richmond and Kingsland Boulevard in Katy, which opened earlier in 2026. The new Grand Central Park location brings the concept north into Conroe, introducing the brand to another part of the Greater Houston dining market.
Owner Aneal Mohammud has emphasized the restaurant’s welcoming atmosphere, with a focus on bringing families, friends and sports fans together around good food.
“We look forward to getting to know our Conroe neighbors and giving them a reason to come back,” Mohammud said.
The expansion also adds to the dining choices available within Grand Central Park, where new restaurants and businesses are helping shape the growing Conroe community.
What to Expect Inside the New Spectators Bar & Grill in Conroe
The new 6,500-square-foot Spectators restaurant accommodates approximately 215 guests and features 40 televisions positioned throughout the dining areas.
For sports fans, that means plenty of opportunities to catch college football, NFL games, basketball and other sporting events while enjoying a meal. The outdoor patio also includes televisions, along with traditional dining tables and high-top seating.
But the restaurant is not designed exclusively for game day.
With a full dining room, a dedicated children's menu and a variety of food options, Spectators also welcomes families looking for a casual dinner or groups gathering for a birthday, celebration or weekend outing.
Dine-in and takeout options are available, and the restaurant features a full bar.
What's on the Spectators Conroe Menu?
The food is an important part of the Spectators experience, with a menu that goes beyond traditional sports bar fare.
Among the featured items is the Prime Beef Cheeseburger, made with a blend of brisket, chuck and short rib. The Hot Honey Crispy Chicken Sandwich offers a combination of sweet heat and crispy chicken, while traditional and boneless wings provide familiar game-day favorites.
For those who enjoy sharing appetizers, the menu includes Southwest Chicken Egg Rolls, Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and Texas Twinkies, which are bacon-wrapped jalapeños stuffed with Philly cheesesteak.
There are also plenty of options for guests who aren't in the mood for burgers or wings. Seafood, steak, pizza and salads round out the menu, making it easier for families and larger groups to find something everyone enjoys.
Younger diners have their own selections, including chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese and grilled cheese.
Weekend Brunch Gives Conroe Families Another Place to Gather
One feature that may appeal to Conroe residents is Spectators' weekend brunch.
Brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., offering an earlier dining option for families, friends and neighbors before the afternoon's activities begin.
The brunch menu includes chicken and waffles, breakfast tacos, French toast and the Spectators Grand Slam breakfast.
Guests looking for something heartier can try the Hangover Burger, while brunch beverages include mimosas and Bloody Marys.
For Grand Central Park residents, the addition of weekend brunch means another nearby option for a relaxed Saturday breakfast, a Sunday gathering with friends or a meal before heading out for the day.
