Sheffield Residents Invited to 2025 HOA Annual Meeting on November 5 at Holmsley Elementary
In a continued effort to promote neighborhood transparency and resident engagement, the Sheffield Homeowners Association will host its 2025 Annual Meeting on Wednesday, November 5 at Holmsley Elementary School, located at 7315 Hudson Oaks Drive in Houston, TX 77095.
Check-in begins promptly at 6:45 PM, with the meeting officially called to order at 7:00 PM. The annual gathering serves as a key opportunity for homeowners in Sheffield to stay informed, voice their opinions, and vote in the upcoming Board of Directors election. One director will be elected to serve a three-year term.
A quorum of 10% is required to hold the meeting, and residents who cannot attend in person are strongly encouraged to submit a proxy form ahead of time. Proxies must be received by noon on November 5 to count toward quorum or allow for voting. They may be submitted via mail, email, fax, or hand-delivered with a neighbor attending the meeting.

For those interested in running for the Board, the process is simple. Sheffield residents can add their names to the ballot by calling Beth R at 281-945-4677 before noon on the day of the meeting. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the meeting.
The agenda includes introductions, a financial report, a community overview, the election of directors, and an open homeowner forum. It’s a valuable opportunity for Sheffield residents to raise concerns, ask questions, and hear directly from the management team and Board about what’s ahead for the neighborhood.
