Sheffield HOA Board Meeting Rescheduled for Feb. 19, With Room Location Change at Lone Star College CyFair
Sheffield residents are encouraged to mark their calendars for the rescheduled Sheffield Homeowners Association Board of Directors Meeting, set for Thursday, February 19, with a small but important change to the meeting location.
While the Sheffield HOA typically meets in the downstairs library meeting room at Lone Star College CyFair, that space was already booked for the evening. As a result, the February board meeting will now be held upstairs in Library Room North Commons (LRNC) 215.

The meeting will take place at the Lone Star College CyFair Library, located at 9191 Barker Cypress Road in Cypress, a familiar and accessible location for many Sheffield homeowners. The executive session begins at 6 p.m., followed by the open session at 7 p.m., where residents are welcome to attend, listen in, and participate during the homeowner forum.
The agenda includes a range of topics relevant to the Sheffield community, including financial updates, recent maintenance and repair approvals, board appointments, elections, and future planning discussions. These meetings play an important role in maintaining transparency, guiding neighborhood priorities, and giving homeowners a voice in the direction of the community.
For residents who are unable to attend in person, the meeting will also be available virtually via Microsoft Teams, allowing homeowners to stay informed and engaged even if schedules or transportation make attending difficult.
