For Magnolia families already thinking ahead to Christmas cards and holiday traditions, one community favorite is officially back on the calendar.
The Montgomery County ESD No. 10/Magnolia Fire Department will host its 3rd Annual Pictures With Santa on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2026, from 2 to 4 p.m. at 18215 Buddy Riley Blvd. in Magnolia.
And this Santa photo comes with a little Magnolia Fire Department history in the background.
Santa Photos With a 1952 American La France Fire Engine
During the two-hour public event, families will have an opportunity to take a picture with Santa in front of the department's 1952 American La France Fire Engine — giving this year's holiday photos a vintage firefighting backdrop that is a little different from the traditional mall Santa setting.
For local parents planning Christmas photos in Magnolia, the event offers a chance to create a holiday card with a recognizable connection to the community and the firefighters who serve it.
The event is open to the public.
