Requesting Access to Tennis Courts in Concord Bridge

Requesting Access to Tennis Courts in Concord Bridge

March 21 2024

Living in Concord Bridge has many perks, one of them being the exclusive and well-maintained tennis and pickleball courts right within your neighborhood! If you've been eyeing those courts and itching to serve an ace or perfect your pickleball shot, here is your golden chance to do so!

Obtaining the key to access these facilities is an uncomplicated process, made simpler by the Concord Bridge Homeowners Association and Preferred Management Services. Ready to venture into games of thrilling volleys and strategic plays? Here's what you need to do:

You begin by completing the 'Racket Sports Key Request Form,' which is designed simply and user-friendly. The following steps detail how to get your hands on that key:

  1. Complete the request form, ensuring all the details are accurate and up-to-date.
  2. Attach a $10.00 payment made payable to Concord Bridge HOA. This can be in the form of a check or money order.
  3. Include a valid driver’s license or photo ID that displays your Concord Bridge address. If you choose to mail your request, be sure to send a copy of your ID, not the original.

Now, you're ready to either mail your request and payment to PO Box 690269, Houston, TX 77269 or bring it to Preferred Management Services at 11601 Spring Cypress Rd., Suite A, Tomball, TX 77377.

Once your mailed form and fee are received, the key will be mailed back to your property address. If you choose to submit in person, you can pick up the key from the Preferred Management Services office.

Please note that if you are a tenant, you will need to obtain the key from the homeowner directly. This policy is strictly followed and no keys will be distributed to tenants.

Remember, the association permits only one key per household. Once you have your key, adhere to the rules posted at the courts to ensure continued access and a positive gaming environment for everyone.

So, gear up, follow these simple steps, and get ready for countless battles and triumphs on the Concord Bridge tennis and pickleball courts!
