As families across Oak Park Trails make plans for Fourth of July celebrations, the community’s HOA is adding a sweet way to beat the Texas heat. On Saturday, July 4, 2026, residents are invited to stop by the Oak Park Trails community pool between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. for complimentary Kona Ice sno-cones, courtesy of the Highland KnollsTrails Homeowners Association.

The summertime event offers neighbors a chance to cool off, enjoy the pool, and spend time with friends and fellow residents during one of the most festive weekends of the year. With temperatures typically soaring during early July, the colorful shaved ice treats are sure to be a welcome addition to an afternoon of swimming and family fun.
