Pool Parties With a Splash: Renting Seven Meadows Pools Through Sweetwater Pools
Planning an epic pool party? Look no further than Seven Meadows pools, managed expertly by Sweetwater Pools. They've made the process stress-free, ensuring a top-notch experience for party-goers and hosts alike. Here are the key points to keep in mind:

Capacity Rules: During regular operating hours, no extra lifeguards are needed for parties with 1-15 guests. With 16-40 guests, you'll need one additional lifeguard, and two more for 41-65 guests. Similarly, parties outside normal hours require a minimum of two guards for up to 50 guests.

Scheduling: Parties must be scheduled at least ten business days in advance. A minimum of two hours is required for all parties, which need to wrap up by 11 PM.

Fees: Expect a lifeguard hourly rate of $30. All parties also incur a $35 administrative processing fee by Sweetwater Pools.

Cancellation & Weather Policy: If inclement weather forces a party cancellation at least two hours in advance, a full refund will be provided. The administrative fee can be reapplied to a rescheduled party for up to 30 days. Similarly, any party canceled by the resident with at least 24 hours notice will see the lifeguard fees refunded.

Payment: All payments, due five business days before the party, can be made via check, money order, or credit card. No cash will be accepted.
- Holidays: Parties cannot be booked on Holidays or Holiday Weekends, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
