This family-owned chain traces its roots back to 1990, when founder Ray Salti and his family committed to creating pizza that not only satisfied taste buds, but also contributed positively to their community. Officially becoming part of the PieZoni's franchise in 2006, Pepperoni's has since broadened their offerings beyond their famed pizza, with menu items including salads, wings, appetizers like mozzarella sticks and a variety of desserts like cannolis and New York cheesecake.
Their passion for premium ingredients starts with the sourcing. Salti established a collaboration with Rob DiNapoli, president of DiNapoli Brand Tomatoes, to cultivate and harvest premium tomatoes in California for use in the signature pepperoni's sauces. Not limiting their commitment to quality to just pizza, Pepperoni's also provides gluten-free and vegan options, using dough made from untreated flour, neither bleached nor bromated.
