Party Houses Not Allowed
We have received multiple reports stating that an NC home is being rented out on one of the national home rental websites. The home is being used for weekend parties, with attendant noise and traffic. This situation is not allowed under our current HOA rules. We have sent a letter to the homeowner, who has referred the matter to his attorney. We in turn involved the NC attorney.
This situation has been occurring across the nation. There is currently a case pending at the Texas Supreme Court that should finalize the issue of short-term rentals of private homes.
