One Week Away: Clay Road HOA Annual Meeting Is Tuesday, Oct. 20
The Clay Road Homeowners Association’s annual meeting is one week away. Cypress Meadow homeowners should plan for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 6 p.m., with sign-in beginning at 5:30 p.m..
Two board seats, each carrying a three-year term, are up for election at the annual meeting. This is a chance for homeowners to participate in selecting the people who will help oversee association projects, address resident concerns and carry out the board’s ongoing work.
Before You Head to the Meeting
Review the meeting materials and voting instructions provided by the HOA, and plan to arrive during the sign-in period. If you are missing materials or need attendance details clarified, contact management before meeting day.
The meeting will be held at the Clay Road Poolhouse, 19230 Cypress Flower Drive, Katy, TX 77449. Set aside 6–8 p.m. on your calendar, and arrive from 5:30 p.m. for sign-in.
