According to state construction records, the new restaurant is planned for 3151 Katy Hockley Cut Off Road, Katy, TX 77493. The project is categorized as new construction and will involve the interior finish-out of a new freestanding shell building for a fast-casual restaurant.
Construction is expected to begin Nov. 30, 2026, with completion targeted for April 20, 2027. The estimated project cost is approximately $300,000, and the restaurant will span roughly 2,385 square feet.
