Magnolia Springs Families: Magnolia ISD Registration and Enrollment Verification Deadlines for 2026–2027
For Magnolia Springs families, getting school registration handled early can make the final weeks of summer feel far less stressful. Magnolia ISD is asking parents and guardians to complete the appropriate enrollment steps for the 2026–2027 school year, whether their child is entering the district for the first time or returning to a Magnolia ISD campus.
Returning families must verify student enrollment through the Frontline Parent Portal by July 31. New families can complete Magnolia ISD online registration now by creating an account, entering student information and uploading the required documents.
New Student Registration for Magnolia ISD Families
Families who are new to Magnolia ISD should begin at the district’s website by visiting magnoliaisd.org, selecting Parents, choosing Enrollment & Transfers and scrolling to Online Registration under the “All Students” section.
Parents may also access the registration portal directly at magnolia.teams.hosting/registration/#!login.
New users should select Register New User at the bottom of the login screen, provide their contact information and create a username and password. Families should save those login credentials because the same account will be used to access Magnolia ISD Parent Self-Serve, also known as PSS.
After logging in, parents should select Create New Student and complete the online registration information. Depending on the student’s circumstances, the process may include a Student Residency Questionnaire, foster care or military connection information, a Home Language Survey, a Directory Information Release and school program information.
Documents Parents Should Have Ready
Magnolia Springs families registering a new student should be prepared to upload the following documents:
- An official birth certificate
- A Social Security card, if available
- The student’s immunization record
- Proof of address
- A parent or guardian photo ID
A campus may later ask families to bring the original versions of the documents that were uploaded online.
The final step is especially important. Parents must click Confirm Enrollment before logging out. A confirmation page should then display a Web Confirmation number. If no Web Confirmation number appears, the student’s registration is not complete.
The registration system saves entered information, allowing parents to log back in later if they need additional time to finish the process. Families registering more than one child may also select the option to register another student before logging out.
Returning Magnolia ISD Students Must Be Verified by July 31
Parents and guardians of returning Magnolia ISD students must complete enrollment verification through the Frontline Parent Portal by July 31.
The annual verification process allows the district to confirm that each student’s contact, household and other important information is current before classes begin. Magnolia ISD has advised families that student schedules and homeroom teacher assignments will not be released until the required verification forms are completed.
Students who are new to Magnolia ISD and have already completed the full new student registration process do not need to complete the returning student verification process.
For students returning during the 2026–2027 school year, parents should log in to the Frontline Parent Portal and follow the district’s verification instructions.
