Lehman High School Prom 2026 Transforms Texas Old Town Into a Gatsby-Inspired Celebration
For Lehman High School students, Prom 2026 was more than just a dance — it was a celebration of friendship, tradition, and the milestone moments that define the high school experience.
Held May 2 at Texas Old Town in Kyle, this year’s Lehman High School prom embraced a dazzling “The Great Gatsby” theme, bringing together the glitz, glamour, and excitement of the Roaring Twenties for an evening many students will remember long after graduation. From elegant attire to sparkling décor and lively dancing, the venue was transformed into a scene worthy of a classic Gatsby celebration.
The annual tradition continues to serve as one of the most anticipated events of the school year for Lehman High students and families across the Hays CISD community. Events like prom often become lasting memories for seniors preparing to take their next steps after high school, while also strengthening the sense of pride and connection shared throughout the Lehman High community.
A highlight of the evening came when seniors Dillon Barnes and Ariana Hernandez were named the 2026 Lehman High School Prom King and Queen, earning cheers and applause from classmates during the celebration.
For many students, prom represents more than a formal event — it marks the closing chapter of their high school journey and the relationships, experiences, and school spirit that shaped it. At Lehman High School, the night reflected the energy and community pride that continue to define the Lobos.
