Legends Ranch POA Seeks Homeowners to Run for Two Board Seats in 2026 Election
For Legends Ranch residents who have ideas about the community and want an opportunity to help shape its future, this fall brings a chance to get involved in a meaningful way.
The Legends Ranch Property Owners Association is seeking candidates for two positions on its Board of Directors as part of the community's 2026 Annual Meeting and Election. Both seats are opening as the current directors' terms come to an end, and each newly elected director will serve a three-year term beginning after the November 2026 election.
The call for candidates gives homeowners an opportunity to move from following neighborhood decisions to having a direct role in them. Board members contribute their time, experience and ideas while helping guide matters that affect Legends Ranch and its residents.
Interested in Running? Here's What Legends Ranch Homeowners Need to Know
Homeowners who would like to run for one of the two Legends Ranch POA board positions are being asked to submit a brief candidate biography for inclusion with the election materials.
The bio can include a short introduction and the homeowner's connection to Legends Ranch, along with professional experience, skills or other knowledge they could bring to the board. Candidates can also explain why they would like to serve their neighbors as a member of the Board of Directors.
There is an important deadline to keep in mind. Candidate bios must be emailed to Community Association Manager Jordan Greene at legendsranch@imcmanagement.net by 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, 2026.
Bios should be submitted in Word format. Because submissions will be copied and pasted into the election materials as provided, candidates are encouraged to carefully check spelling, grammar and formatting before sending them in.
Election Materials Arrive at the End of October
Legends Ranch homeowners can expect candidate bios and election ballots to be mailed at the end of October, giving residents an opportunity to learn more about the people seeking to represent the community before the annual meeting.
The election will fill both of the open director positions. For residents, that makes this year's vote an opportunity not only to choose two board members, but also to have a say in who will help guide the POA over the next three years.

The 2026 Legends Ranch POA Annual Meeting and Election is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 18, at 7 p.m. at the Legends Ranch Clubhouse.
The annual meeting will include the election of the two directors to the Legends Ranch POA Board.
Whether a homeowner is considering becoming a candidate or simply plans to cast a ballot, the coming weeks offer several ways to take part in the neighborhood's future. Residents interested in running will want to mark the Oct. 26 candidate deadline now, while all homeowners can watch for election materials in their mailboxes later this month.
