Lee Elementary Student Named CFISD Student of the Week
Lee Elementary School fifth grade student Anum Latif is praised by her teachers for being a great student.

Accomplishments: Latif won first place at the Lee Elementary School Spelling Bee by correctly spelling the winning word in the 26th round. She will represent Lee at the CFISD Elementary Spelling Bee on Jan. 30 at the Berry Center.
Favorite class: “Reading is my favorite class because my teacher, Mr. Dylan Brown is so much fun.”
Favorite things to do after class: “I love playing basketball, volleyball and making Legos.”
Favorite song: “I don’t have a favorite song. I enjoy listening to music.”
Favorite website/app: “Google, because it has the answer to everything!”
Favorite TV show: “Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn, because it’s so funny!”
Favorite movie: “Mulan and the Harry Potter series.”
Ambition: “I want to become a dentist so I can help people look beautiful.”
What topics/things are you passionate about?: “I love to discover new things.”
What inspires you?: “My sister and my family.”
What three things can’t you live without?: “Playing basketball, traveling and eating sweets!”
What are you most looking forward to this semester?: “I want to make good grades and get 100% right on my STAAR test!”
