Lakes on Eldridge Pool Getting Refreshed: New Chaise Loungers and Winter Maintenance Ahead

January 07 2026

Residents of the Lakes on Eldridge community can look forward to a refreshed and more comfortable pool area in 2026, as scheduled cleaning and upgrades are underway this winter. The neighborhood pool will receive a thorough maintenance check in January and February, ensuring it’s in top condition before the warmer months return.

According to Angela Morin with Rise Association Management, the onsite manager for Lakes on Eldridge, this winter work is part of routine seasonal upkeep designed to keep shared amenities clean, safe, and enjoyable for all residents. It includes both deep cleaning of the pool itself and minor repairs as needed—ensuring the pool area remains a standout feature of Lakes on Eldridge living.

In addition to the cleaning efforts, 24 brand-new chaise loungers are set to be ordered and delivered this year. The new loungers are the final step in the HOA’s ongoing pool furniture replacement project, which began in recent seasons as part of a long-term beautification plan for the neighborhood’s common areas.

The addition of fresh, modern chaise lounges will enhance relaxation for residents who frequent the pool during Houston’s warmer months. Whether you're soaking up the sun or simply unwinding by the water, the upgraded furniture aims to create a more inviting space for leisure and connection.

Lakes on Eldridge continues to invest in quality-of-life improvements that enhance the community experience and preserve the appeal of this sought-after West Houston neighborhood. Residents are encouraged to stay tuned to My Neighborhood News for updates as the furniture arrives and seasonal work wraps up.

As always, neighbors are encouraged to reach out to your dedicated community management team with any questions or to share suggestions for future amenities improvements. Here’s to a clean, comfortable, and well-furnished pool season in 2026!
