Lakes on Eldridge Board to Host Special Budget Session Ahead of Annual Meeting
Residents of Lakes on Eldridge, mark your calendars—two important HOA gatherings are just around the corner, and both meetings will offer key insights into the community’s financial and operational plans for 2026.
Special Meeting: Quick Budget Approval This Thursday
On Thursday, November 13th at 6:00 PM, the Lakes on Eldridge Board of Directors will hold a brief special meeting at the community clubhouse to officially approve the 2026 budget and annual assessments. While homeowners are encouraged to attend in person, it’s important to note that this session will be concise—lasting approximately 15 minutes.
This meeting is strictly procedural and will not include a Q&A portion. The board originally intended to finalize these items at last month’s meeting, but additional time was needed to complete the budget process. For residents interested in deeper discussion or clarification, those opportunities will be available during the upcoming Annual Meeting.
Annual Meeting: A New Format for Homeowner Engagement
Looking ahead, the Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 18th at 7:00 PM, also at the clubhouse. This year, the HOA is introducing an exciting new format designed to improve community engagement and make resident feedback more accessible.
In addition to the traditional open Q&A session, homeowners will have the opportunity to participate in live pollingduring the meeting. This interactive feature allows attendees to share their thoughts in real-time—helping the Board better understand community priorities.
To take part, residents are kindly asked to bring a cellphone or other smart device to the meeting. This small tech adjustment is part of a broader effort to enhance transparency, communication, and collaborative decision-making in the neighborhood.
Both meetings are key milestones for Lakes on Eldridge residents, particularly those who want to stay informed about how dues are allocated, what projects are being prioritized, and how homeowner voices will shape the future of the community.
Being part of these meetings—whether brief or interactive—ensures your voice is part of the conversation as Lakes on Eldridge plans ahead for 2026.
