Kelsey-Seybold Breaks Ground on New Towne Lake Clinic in Cypress
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is officially expanding its footprint in Northwest Houston with the construction of a new medical clinic in Towne Lake, one of Cypress' fastest-growing master-planned communities. Located at 9831 Towne Lake Parkway, the upcoming 33,000-square-foot, two-story facility will bring adult and pediatric primary care services to the heart of Towne Lake and nearby neighborhoods.
The clinic, which recently broke ground, is designed to meet the needs of families in Cypress and surrounding areas, offering a wide range of services under one roof. From routine checkups to OB/GYN care, imaging, and on-site lab testing, the new facility is part of Kelsey-Seybold’s ongoing effort to increase access to healthcare in the greater Houston region.

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Towne Lake will initially open with a team of primary care physicians for both children and adults and will include OB/GYN specialists. The new space will have the capacity to host up to 20 providers, allowing for future growth in services and specialties as the needs of the Cypress community continue to evolve.
“Kelsey-Seybold’s Towne Lake Clinic will provide families in Cypress with convenient access to trusted primary care, as well as a direct connection to specialists and advanced services at our nearby clinics and our Northwest Campus,” added Kenneth Janis, Chief Operating Officer at Kelsey-Seybold.
With nearly 80,000 residents and a strong reputation as a family-friendly area, Cypress has seen a surge in development and demand for healthcare access in recent years. The new Kelsey-Seybold location is expected to help meet that demand by delivering timely and coordinated care options for local families.

The new clinic will be part of Kelsey-Seybold’s broader regional network, which includes more than 45 locations across Greater Houston.
