It has been a long and very hot summer. It’s been challenging to do lawn and garden maintenance in this terrible heat and drought. There are deed restrictions regarding lawn and garden maintenance in the governing documents for the association. Maintaining a neatly mowed lawn neatly trimmed shrubs and weeded flower beds are the main points. You can find the exact wording in Article IX section 9.11-9.13.
Fall is approaching quickly. As the weather cools we start thinking about outdoor renovations. Cooler weather is a great time to paint the exterior of your house. Deed restrictions related to outside painting first of all require submission of a completed ACC form. You can find this form under the documents and forms section of this website. Please navigate to your "My Neighborhood" tab, then to ""ACC Form". The ACC form must be accompanied by a paint chip of the proposed color. This restriction is in Article VII. You must not do any work before receiving approval.
