A new hotspot for family fun and foodie adventures is rolling into town just in time for the new year. The long-anticipated Junction Food Truck Park, located at 4712 Old Bryan Road in Rosenberg, is officially set to open its gates on January 1, 2026, according to representatives from the venue.
While official permit filings indicate a project completion date of December 2, 2025, park representatives confirmed that the grand opening celebration will be held on New Year’s Day, giving locals something to look forward to after the holiday season.
Privately funded and built on private land, construction for the project began in the summer of 2025, with an estimated construction cost of $125,000. The sprawling 82,000+ square-foot development includes a 3,009-square-foot beverage corner, a 3,452-square-foot detention pond, and ample space for food trucks and recreational features designed to bring the Rosenberg community together.
