The organization’s roots date back to 2006, when Keller Williams Premier Realty in Katy founded Cinco Charities, Inc. to support families traveling for medical treatment. Through years of community fundraising and support — including contributions from Erin and Monty Ballard — The Ballard House officially opened in Katy in 2013 and has since become an important resource for families navigating serious health challenges.

The Ballard House is currently welcoming student volunteers, giving teens an opportunity to earn volunteer service hours while supporting families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
