HOA 2022 Annual Billing Notice
Annual billing statements were mailed by November 30th. Payments must be received and posted to your account no later than January 30, 2022, to avoid any late fees or other penalties. For your convenience, you may pay in a few ways. You may drop off your payment to the onsite office and we will mail it for you, you may mail in your own payment or you may pay online via TownSq. There are additional transaction fees for paying on TownSq. TownSq uses a third party to process the payment. The HOA and management company, Associa PMG, do not receive any of these transaction fees.

If you need a payment plan, please contact the management company at stonegaterec@att.net. Payment plans require a $300 deposit. All payment plans will incur monthly interest of 0.83% plus a $5 monthly payment plan fee.
• Every month your HOA dues are late, you will be charged a $7.50 monthly handling fee.
• Postdate is NOT USPS’ postmark on the envelope.
• If homeowners choose to mail in their payments, please mail them no later than 1/12/2022.
• The fastest way to pay is through TownSq because payments will be posted to homeowners’ accounts within minutes.
