Architectural Guidelines Updated

To help preserve the beauty of our neighborhood and to protect property values, Grayson Lakes’ Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions establishes Architectural Guidelines that must be followed for all improvements, alterations or modifications to the exterior of your property. To keep the Architectural Guidelines current and to include State mandated changes, the Architectural Review Committee has spent many hours refreshing the guidelines and consolidating several supplemental filings into one new document.

The new Exhibit “E” can be found by opening the “www.graysonlakesliving. com” website, under “Documents,” then “Exhibit E - Revised Architectural Guidelines and Supplements 4/4/19.”

Neighborhood Improvements

No doubt you have noticed a lot of improvements being made to the common areas in Grayson Lakes. We are continuing to remove and replace plants and trees that didn’t survive the freeze. It is a work is progress and your patience is appreciated as optimal planting season dictates when we can replace some items.

Your Input Is Appreciated

The HOA Board appreciates those of you that submitted feedback on the Grayson Lakes Resident Input survey that closed on July 20th. We received 227 responses out of 530 homes. The Board will be looking at the results and contacting the 76 residents that expressed an interest in volunteering.
