Governor's Place 2023 Board Accomplishments

2023 Year in Review
Governors Place Board initiated the following changes / improvements:
- A change in the security patrol to save significant expense.
- A change in the pool operating hours (lower) based on homeowner feedback.
- Implemented best yard awards, however impacted by drought.
- A change in landscaping seasonal colors and base plants to save significant cost.
- A pickleball court set-up in the tennis court area.
- Reviewing every contract for cost savings / bidding strategies to deal with inflation.
- Continued efforts were made to improve the appearance of the clubhouse. The clubhouse door was painted and baseboards were replaced where needed.
- Continued maintenance of the park so all safety requirements are up to date.
