GC1 HOA ASSESSMENT FEES 
Hoa fees were due before February 1.  Homeowners who wish to set up installment payments or discuss their delinquent accounts can contact Chaparral Management.
 
GEORGETOWN COLONY POA ANNUAL MEETING
Georgetown Colony POA annual meeting was held on March 22, 2023. Meeting minutes will be posted for homeowner review online on the SCS Management portal. Thank you to all who attended and/or submitted a proxy so we could have the meeting. We are committed to keeping GC1 a safe and enjoyable community to raise our families.
 
STEET LIGHTS
Street lights out? Centerpoint online portal enables easy reporting of the exact light. Our repairs have been promptly attended within 3 days.
 
NEIGHBORHOOD STOP SIGNS
STOP sign road markings renovation is complete in Georgetown. If you see vehicles running the stop signs, please contact the Harris County Sheriff's non-emergency line to report. A contract deputy will monitor the stop sign for traffic violations.
 
SPRING SPRUCE-UPS?
Please submit an Architectural Review Application for HOA review and approval prior to starting work. Exterior paint, window replacement (Grids requested), backyard patio, fencing, etc require Architectural review by your HOA.
 
HOLIDAY DECORATIONS
Please take your holiday decorations down.
 
COLONIES COMMUNITY POOL
The Colonies Neighborhood Center (corner of Addicks-Satsuma and W. Little York) has been acquired by our MUD102 district. Now, everyone throughout The Colonies has the right to use the public community pool. Pool Registration information and fees will be made available before opening day on Memorial Day weekend.
 
SERVING THE COMMUNITY
There are a couple HOA projects that could use your help.  Work can be either hands-on or contracted out with your oversight. If you are interested in working on community oriented projects please contact any of the Board members or call Chaparral Mgmt for more information.
