Fulshear Central Set to Revolutionize Lifestyle and Convenience in the Heart of Fulshear
The Fulshear area is gearing up for its new addition, Fulshear Central, a new mixed use/lifestyle center designed for convenience and functionality. Imagined by Janapriya Upscale Developers, this latest development aims to create a centralized hub for its residents' lifestyle needs on FM 1093, just west of Cross Creek Ranch.
Fulshear Central, designed as a mix of single-story retail and one- and two-story office buildings, will boast of a beautiful green "Town Square" at its center. Additionally, it will house a coffee/ice cream shop, an open-air pavilion, a 100-room hotel with event space, and offices grouped around a scenic lake.

With over 50 years of experience and projects worldwide, the firm continually aims to positively impact the people, environment, and communities it serves.
Originated in the southern part of India, Janapriya Upscale Developers have been in operation for over 30 years. Known for its innovative construction technologies and pioneering retail developments, the company has successfully delivered more than 25,000 units in apartment complexes, earning a positive reputation among its customer base. Their U.S. operations started in 2017, with Fulshear Central being among their standout projects.
Similar to its philosophy, 'home is where the heart is', Janapriya aims to make Fulshear Central a comfortable and convenient space for locals. The developer has previously carried out multiple retail projects in locations such as Katy and Saint Cloud, FL.

With more than 2.5 million square feet under his portfolio, Jazz brings a wealth of experience in representing landlords and developers locally, regionally, and nationally. Similarly, Darin, a Senior Vice President of CBRE’s Land Advisory Group, specializes in seller representation, land development brokerage, investment advisory, and site selection services.
Other significant contributors to the project are BGE, a multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm, Nancy and Matthew Ware from Coldwell Banker, and Catalyst Technical Group, providing comprehensive services from project planning to construction administration.
Fulshear Central is expected to break ground in the third quarter of 2024.
