Seasons greetings, neighbors! We just wanted to remind you that we've sent out the invoices for the 2024 maintenance fees back in November. Keep in mind that these are due at the start of the new year, January 1st. If they slip your mind and are not paid by February 1st, they'll be considered overdue.
