Flying Biscuit Café Set to Open in the Cy-Fair Area This December

Flying Biscuit Café, the popular Southern-inspired restaurant known for its comfort food and community atmosphere, is expanding to the Cy-Fair area, with plans to open in early December. The new location will be situated at 12020 FM 1960 in Suite 1000, within the Windermere Village Shopping Center, marking the café's fifth location in the Greater Houston area.
Founded in 1993 in Atlanta, Flying Biscuit Café quickly became a local favorite, gaining national recognition for its signature Flying Biscuits, grits, and all-day breakfast options. With a menu that blends Southern classics with creative twists, Flying Biscuit Café has grown to 34 locations across the U.S., with several in Texas, including its Houston-area branches.

At the new Cy-Fair location, guests will be able to enjoy Flying Biscuit's famous breakfast items like the signature Flying Biscuit, served with fluffy scrambled eggs, savory grits, and a variety of tasty toppings. The menu also features other hearty breakfast options like omelets, pancakes, and "Gravy Train" biscuits smothered in sausage gravy. For lunch and dinner, the café offers a range of Southern-style comfort dishes, including shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, and meatloaf, as well as fresh salads, creative sandwiches, and sides like "Moon Dusted" Potatoes and Grilled Mac & Cheese.
The restaurant also caters to dietary preferences, offering vegan and gluten-free options to ensure everyone can enjoy their Southern-inspired meals.
