Elyson Unveils Lakeside Landing, Premier Community Hub
Elyson, the thriving 3,600-acre master-planned community, has unveiled its newest attraction - Lakeside Landing. This impressive amenity, situated on the shore of a picturesque 31-acre lake, offers residents the opportunity to swim, work out, socialize, and much more.
Anchoring a new phase of development in Elyson, Lakeside Landing signifies another milestone in Elyson’s master plan to develop over 750 acres of parks, trails, recreational amenities, and natural open spaces.
Lakeside Landing features two distinct buildings, designed with a blend of natural materials such as stone and timber, and adorned with stunning butterfly roofs. The buildings house a plethora of wellness and leisure amenities, including Elyson's third and most extensive fitness center. Encased almost entirely in glass, the fitness center offers a breathtaking view of the lake and landscape, while users enjoy cardio machines, Peloton bikes, free weights, and other fitness equipment.
Outside the wellness center, residents can indulge in the resort-style beach-entry pool, complete with shade cabanas and shelf lounging chairs. For fitness enthusiasts, a second pool provides swimming lanes for exercise and practice.
Built for community interaction and socialization, Lakeside Landing offers several gathering areas, such as a fireside seating area, conference tables of varying sizes, a catering kitchen, and a kid's play area. It also features outdoor amenities that encourage relaxed socializing, including shaded walkways, picnic tables, and a cozy outdoor sectional couch positioned around a fireplace.
Children have their share of fun with a sand play area that doubles as a dinosaur dig, providing an exciting exploration opportunity. Several lawn areas allow kids to play while parents can unwind in Adirondack chairs.
Adding to Lakeside Landing's charm is a stunning custom sculpture by Houston artist Damon Thomas, comprising over 50 bright red birds. The color scheme of blue, orange, and varied earthtones blend naturally with the surrounding environment.
Practicality hasn't been overlooked. Lakeside Landing boasts ample parking for both cars and bikes and is connected to Elyson's trail system, set to span more than 30 miles upon completion.
Just a stone's throw away from Lakeside Landing is Elyson's new Model Home Village and Welcome Center, home to 14 fully furnished model homes. A short trail connects these points of interest, making it easy for residents and visitors to transition between the various amenities.
The unveiling of Lakeside Landing marks just the beginning, as Elyson is set to open Kaleidoscope Park later this year, followed by more parks, lakes, and trail sections. All of these amenities continue to fulfill Elyson's vision of a community that combines nature, wellness, and social interaction.
