Einstein Bros Bagels is Coming to Katy
Einstein Bros Bagels, a leading national brand in the bagel industry, is set to establish a presence in Katy. The new shop is planned to open at 2815 W. Grand Pkwy N., Katy, TX 77449 at the southwest quadrant of Grand Parkway and Morton Road, near Grand Morton Town Center. With construction kickstarting in February 2025, the store is expected to open by the end of June 2025, according to TDLR.
Founded in 1995 following Boston Market's acquisition of several bagel shops, Einstein Bros. Bagels quickly emerged as a beloved household name, celebrated for its creative and irresistible breakfast offerings. Today, the brand is owned by JAB Holding Company, the parent company of popular brands like Panera Bread, Krispy Kreme and Peet's Coffee. There are nearly 700 Einstein Bros Bagels locations across 45 states, consistently delighting customers with freshly baked bagels and a diverse, innovative menu.
