Cypress Woods FFA Fall Craft Market Returns October 24-25 With Local Vendors, Food Trucks and Family Activities in Cypress
Cypress families looking for a place to shop for handmade gifts, enjoy local food and support students have an opportunity to do all three later this month. The Cypress Woods FFA Booster Club Fall Craft Market returns Saturday, October 24, and Sunday, October 25, 2026, at the Telge Exhibit Center, located at 11206 Telge Road in Cypress, Texas.
The two-day fall market will feature local craft vendors, food trucks, a silent auction and animal rescue participation, bringing together small businesses, families and community organizations while supporting the Cypress Woods High School FFA program.
For the students involved in FFA, the event has a purpose beyond the weekend's shopping and activities. Proceeds raised through the booster club's efforts help support FFA students, chapter activities and opportunities that allow members to participate in agricultural education and leadership experiences.
What to Expect at the Cypress Woods FFA Fall Craft Market
The Cypress Woods FFA Fall Craft Market will be open Saturday, October 24, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, October 25, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Visitors can browse booths featuring crafts and merchandise from participating vendors, making the event an option for anyone hoping to get an early start on holiday shopping or find something made by a local artisan.
Food trucks will also be part of the weekend, giving shoppers a chance to grab something to eat while exploring the market. Organizers are planning a silent auction and animal rescue participation as well, adding more ways for visitors to spend time at the event.
The booster club's volunteer announcements also reference a children's activity area, or "Kiddie Corner," along with craft booths, concessions and food trucks.
For local vendors, events like this provide an opportunity to introduce their products to Cypress-area shoppers. For families, the market offers a community outing where purchases and participation can also help support students at a neighborhood high school.
How the Fall Craft Market Supports Cypress Woods High School FFA Students
The Cypress Woods FFA Booster Club helps support students participating in the school's Future Farmers of America program, commonly known as FFA.
FFA is a national student organization connected to agricultural education, offering opportunities for students to develop leadership skills, explore careers and gain experience through hands-on learning. Although agriculture is central to the program, FFA activities can also introduce students to subjects such as business, science, public speaking and community service.
At the local level, booster clubs help make those experiences possible by organizing fundraising activities and providing additional support for student programs.
The Fall Craft Market is one way the Cypress Woods FFA Booster Club brings the broader community into those efforts. Residents do not need to have a student enrolled in FFA to participate. Shopping at the market, contributing to fundraising activities or volunteering are all ways community members can get involved.
