EASTON COMMONS VILLAGE (EC) VACATION WATCH
The Harris County Sherriff’s Department has a Vacation Watch Program. To sign up see the website: https://apps.harriscountyso.org/Programs/programs_VacationWatch.aspx. Always lock your vehicles and take anything of value out of them. Countless vehicles are being burglarized in our area every month due to unlocked vehicles. If you see anything suspicious, call the Sheriff’s Department immediately at 713-221-6000, option 6. For all emergencies, call 911.
(EC) HOME ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES
Homeowners are reminded that approval from the Architectural Review Committee must be obtained prior to any changes or improvements made to the exterior of your property. Updated ARC application forms can be obtained on the website on the Easton Commons page.
(EC) NEXT MEETING OF THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors will be on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 via zoom video conference. The meeting will begin at 6 PM and residents are invited to attend. Meeting login information will be sent out via email so please make sure your email is on file.
(EC) HOA WEBSITE
The HOA has a new portal website for owners to access their account information and important HOA information. The site address is https://graham.cincwebaxis.com/. Once there you will click “Register” and enter the required information. You can opt into a community directory if interested but the default setting is opted out. You will receive an email for a password reset and then you will be registered. There is a video on how to register at https://register.gotowebinar.com/recording/8005163047361833473.
(EC) POOL INFORMATION
Pool Season: May 15th-October 15th Location: 14830 Forest Trails Drive Hours of Operation: 6 AM-9 PM - Open 7 days a week during pool season NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! Pool access is granted by electronic card key. New or replacement cards can be obtained through Graham Management. New cards will have a $35 fee. HOA fees must be paid in full to obtain access to the pool.
