Copper Lakes HOA Announces New Gate and Door Entry System
The Copper Lakes HOA is excited to announce several improvements within our community this year, one of which involves updating the entry system for all gates and doors. The decision to upgrade stemmed from the need to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our previous system, which was incurring high repair costs and service demands.
Now, the Copper Lakes HOA is proud to introduce a new, more dependable system managed by the community itself, offering better control over gate and door access. As part of this transition, we will be phasing out the old HID cards, which have been experiencing issues in opening gates as expected.
To ensure a smooth transition, the Copper Lakes HOA will be issuing new key cards to all residents at no cost on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Longenbaugh Clubhouse. These key cards will grant access to both pools and courts during operating hours. Please remember to bring proper identification with your homeowner's name and address.
If you have received new key cards within the last 12 months, you already possess the updated cards and do not need to collect new ones.
