Constable, Flock Camera System Help Solve Recent Incident
On Tuesday, October 24, there was an incident in Hearthstone that was quickly resolved by our Precinct 5 Constables using Hearthstone's Flock camera system. Flock cameras are license plate readers (LPRs) —technology created by Flock Safety, a company specializing in security cameras and LPRs for both law enforcement and private entities. The technology assists law enforcement in locating burglary suspects, along with suspects of other serious crimes.
