Youth Special Program: Bee EZ Apiary brings a lively honeybee experience to Cinco Ranch Branch Library in Katy, giving families a close-up look at the fascinating work of a beekeeper. Children in grades K-5 can watch the buzz up close as Ally, the Bee Lady from Bee EZ Apiary, shares how bees live, work, and help the world around them.
The program blends hands-on learning with storytime charm. Young attendees can listen to a beekeeping explanation and demonstration, see bees in a fun and safe fully enclosed glass observation hive, and enjoy a preview reading from one of Ally’s original children’s books. It is a strong choice for families searching for things to do in Katy, educational kids events, and library programs in Fort Bend County.
