Youth Football Open Workouts at Memorial Hermann Sports

Cypress-area youth athletes are invited to join the CFSA 2nd Grade Bears Team for their Youth Football Open Workout, starting February 9th and running through May 25th. These sessions are designed to help K-6th grade players improve their running mechanics, agility, and overall athleticism. The workouts will take place at the Memorial Hermann | Rockets Sports Medicine Institute – Cypress, offering top-notch facilities and expert coaching from volunteer coaches from CFSA tackle football.

When: 2nd & 4th Sundays every month, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM

Cost: Free to attend, with sign-up required
