¡Viva Elgin! brings Veterans Memorial Park in Elgin to life with music, food, crafts, and a full evening celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month right in the middle of downtown.
Elgin Parks & Recreation is teaming up with La Cultura Market, Valentina’s, and Carmona’s Western Wear for an all-ages festival that includes live performances, art, interactive booths, face painting, free crafts, and a charro bean cook-off with community tasting and voting. For families searching for things to do in Elgin, free festivals near Austin, or a Saturday outing with real local flavor, this one checks a lot of boxes.
