Join us at the British International School of Houston for a Youth All Girls Flag Football Camp!

Enjoy a morning of fun, fitness, and football with former Houston Texans Running Back Karan Higdon.

Our camp is designed for 7-14 year old girls who want to improve their skills, make new friends, and have a blast playing the game they love.

• The fundamentals of flag football, including passing, catching, and teamwork;
• First-hand experience through drills, scrimmages, and games;
